Hi, my name is Rokas. I’m interested in many things, from programming to TIG welding, from configuring servers to 3D printing and machining. I have experience as a system administrator for a ~400 IoT device deployment (raspberry pi with heavily modified Debian), playing music all around the country, and maintenance and development of the remote control agent. Designed and built many technical movie props. Built and operated CNC machines, generated their tool-paths and modified them for better performance. Deployed hundreds of micro controllers for different movies and their sets from ambient lighting in the shape of fake server racks to tiny remote controlled dancing ballerina music boxes. Deployed and maintained Proxmox hypervisors and still do at home for my homelab. Deployed and maintained computers networks for events like Lithuanian Eurovision, MAMA, and largest live events during Kaunas 2022 – Contemporary Capital.
